i'm going to see a friend in frankfurt in may, kahuna. flying into dublin, spending a few nights there, hopping over to frankfurt, leaving my kid with my friend, then taking off to prague for a few days. so looking forward to it.
I live near Frankfurt. If you want to meet me for a few beers and some mushroom talk let me know.

You are going to Dublin for a beer? You should stop over in Belgium instead. In Sachsenhausen you'll find apple wine everywhere. Don't try to order a beer in an apple wine joint or you'll see everyone's head turning and shaking and looking at you with this "Goddamn crazy Yankees!" look. Frankfurt is cool. You'll like it. It's over 1250 years old and has some really nice historical spots, like the house where Johann Wolfgang von Goethe was born and lived, for example.
