god yes we rule! hehehehe... i honestly could not imagine my life without the shroomery... much less without the input/output that this specific forum is... i know i haven't been posting so much lately, but i've been reading the threads nontheless... im going through a strange phase in my life, and i need to manage the troubles that material reality is presenting me right now, before i can get back into philosophizing and learning more... so excuse me if i haven't been the most active member (beeing a mod) lately... but i know you understand... all in all im doing great... my life is taking some unexpected turns, and i like it... makes me feel free again after beeing almost "trapped" in a routine for a long time...
anyways my point is thank you all! for making this place the wonderful source of information, love and energy that it is... rarely have i encountered an exchange of truths, views and ideas as astounding and profound as they are to be found here...

Along time ago........
After my first (and best) mushroom trip, I had all these new thoughts/ideas/ways of seeing and so on. I was one with god for a moment and everything made perfect sense. Well, after this I wanted to share this with my friends- they all thought I was crazy and soon I was 'alone' in this friendship because I had these strange beliefs and such. I desperately needed to find someone else who knew what I was saying and had experienced what I had experienced, but I couldn't find anyone. My friends made me feel uneasy after a while and they said 'my brain was just fucked up' and I thought that maybe they were right, and what I thought of the experience was not real. I was about to try and forget this experience as anything spiritually valid and conform to this reality (as hard to do as that would be for me to do).
.......Then I found the Shroomery!

I totally understand. For me it was quite different. I have been involved in mycology for about 17 years but I was doing some research and stumbled in here. Since then I have found the greatest Internet site on the planet, The Shroomery!
And it's great because of people like you!
