PLEASE HELP FAST

Swim acquired an eighth of shrooms at a cannabis festival recently. Swim was warned to take only a dub, but consumed the whole eighth. I, personally, do not do psychedelics.

Swim's been tripping for a long time now, almost five-seven hours now.

At first swim just sat, quietly. Nodded in response. Then swim progressed to not talking at all, hardly responding. The only thing swim would respond to was "are you okay?" which swim nodded in response.

Now swim is throwing things at the wall and at people, swim has broken a large glass plate and is grabbing people's arms when they try to take things swim has. Swim is acting incredibly violent and laughing all the way through it.

We are restraining swim as he was doing damage to people and items of personal value. Is there anything we could do to help? To get swim sober faster? To bring swim back to reality?

Please help.

gonna trip till it clears his system, sounds pretty freaky.
don't let him get any other drugs into his system.

It is really weird. He's a really nice guy, too, so it's really alarming he's acting like this. And there aren't any more drugs for him to get into his system, thankfully. He just needs to sober out. It's frightening.

Maybe try and play some more soothing or relaxing music, or doing what you can to keep him calm if you can. Bad trips can be really horrific if you come up with bad vibes. Was he angry before he took the shrooms or anything? Or depressed?

Well, it doesn't seem like he is having a bad trip. He was laughing when he was throwing stuff around. It's like his mind is in a different place and he can't control his body.

And we had an amazing day today, even he said it was a really great day.

I'll start up some relaxing music, though. Hopefully that'll help a bit.

on second thoughts trying to get him to drink something is probably the worste idea, cause your just arming him with something to throw, besides the fact the he'll probalby spill the water all over the place

Sounds like someone warned him...maybe next time they should listen? I sure wouldn't have eaten the whole thing. Just give it some time, try putting on some groovy music.

Everything was alright. The only thing that got seriously damaged was that plate. He was fine once he snapped back to reality and he was actually having a good time until we restrained him. We knew that that would probably happen but we had to stop him from hurting himself or someone else.
