Man I'm such a stinker ;-)1/2 pint jar with center hole in lid.
add
o 1 teaspoon honey
o water (try not to use softened water)
pressure cook/sterilize 15-20 minutes @ 15 psi.
Experimenters:
o vary the honey level and see if it effects your success rates or time periods
o cary your pressure cooking time and see if it has an impact on success rates or time periods [word to the wise: you don't want to burn or caramelize too much all the sugars in the honey so no long cook times]
