simple math, the population of the US is 300,000,000
Obama says that 45,000,000 people have no insurance coverage

a little work with a calculator shows that to be 15%, w can venture further and see that 45 million taken away from 300 million is a mere 255 million

so we can conclude that 15% is far less than 50%


as for adequate coverage

Well you and Obama need to slow down and think for a second about the other 35% that do not have private health insurance. They are covered under medicare/medicaid, not private health insurance. Again, leaving only 50% of American's covered by private health insurance.

15% of American's are completely uninsured. 35% Medicare/Medicaid. And the remainder, again, 50% with private health insurance.

Are we on the same page yet or no?

subtracted by

100,000,000 American receiving non private health insurance. 

again, that leaves

155,000,000 with private health insurance.

~50% with private health insurance.

Contract for Recovery.gov blacked out....

"The US government recently approved an $18 million contract for Smartronix to build a website where taxpayers could easily track billions in federal stimulus money, as part of President Obama's promise to make government more transparent through the Internet. However, the contract, which was released only through repeated Freedom of Information Act requests, is itself heavily blacked out. ProPublica reports: 'After weeks of prodding by ProPublica and other organizations, the Government Services Agency released copies of the contract and related documents that are so heavily blacked out they are virtually worthless. In all, 25 pages of a 59-page technical proposal — the main document in the package — were redacted completely. Of the remaining pages, 14 had half or more of their content blacked out.' Sections that were heavily or entirely redacted dealt with subjects such as site navigation, user experience, and everything in the pricing table. The entire contract, in all its blacked-out glory, is here."

USAspending.gov completely flawed, devoid of useful info...

"Over at Intelligent Enterprise, Seth Grimes declares the Federal Government's USAspending.gov website a travesty, calling it 'almost a parody of a government-transparency site.' Among the faults cited by Grimes is a botched 'Federal Spending FY 2009 YTD' pie chart that graced USAspending.gov's home page. Not only were the sizes of pie segments not in proportion to the percentage labels (due to a Google Chart API error), the colors in the pie chart didn't even match the colors and values in the table immediately below the chart. Lucky for the Feds, Grimes didn't get a chance to look behind the curtain at the Federal IT Dashboard, where they forgot to remove a (commented) reference to a Google spreadsheet that states 'These totals are pretty poor numbers' (Google workbook). Oops!"

I believe government transparency is proportionate to peoples willingness to get out in the streets and stir shit up en mass. You'll see more honesty when people demand it.

I agree, I have been arrested like 18 times though, escaping prison by "skin of teeth" Can't get arrested anymore. However, I have considered buying a bunch of these

the facts, 230million americans are covered under private health
policies, an actuality of 83 million are covered through governemnt
plans like medicare or the VA and with another (claimed)45 million not
recieving health coverage, with our actual population being 304 million,
how many of there people Obama wants covered are illegal aliens because
the totals claimed to be covered with some form of insurance, how many
illegals are covered under medicare/medicaid because no matter how you
crunch the numbers they never add up
