Tiny Tubs
    #11029472 -

This is my second mono. It is pretty small, only about 7 quarts.

I started fruiting it Sept 1. I think they are golden teachers, can anyone confirm this? Also, with small tubs, they should be getting a ton of FAE right? I'm pretty sure I saw RR say this somewhere. Also, does anyone know if you should pick them at the "lamp post" stage for optimal psilcybin content?

I also started to fruit this one on the first.

It is my first 27 quart tub. Any ideas why I am not getting more pins than this on this second tub? I am using HMC, without a casing.

They sure look like GT to me.

I'd try a tub with higher sides so they can grow taller.

why so few pins?  I don't know,  huge pinsets seem to be like an art form,  takes a lot of practice.  looks like the part of your tub that's pinning well has much better myc growth.  maybe you got a big clump of spawn there.  try spreading it out more evenly.

Thank you. Yeah I wanna try to stick to at least the 27 quarters. Don't wanna stay with the tiny tubs or anything. And yeah, it could be a clump in there. I was experimenting and left a few little chunks in some of the tubs. I guess I shouldn't do that anymore.
