"The most direct support for this inference of biological identity in ultimate mechanism of action has come from cross-tolerance studies wherein subjects rendered tolerant to one drug—that is, nonreactive after repeated administrations —have then been challenged by a different drug. Present indications are that cross-tolerance among the drugs does in fact develop (14)."

http://www.psychedelic-library.org/unger.htm

"Tolerance develops rapidly, repeated daily doses become completely ineffective in 3-4 days. Cross tolerance has been shown between LSD, mescaline and psilocybin and the effects of each can be blocked or reversed with chlorpromazine (antipsychotic). Most behavioral effects of LSD and the catechol hallucinogens can be blocked by drugs that act as serotonin-receptor antagonists "

Probably using the same source for the information as the other link though.... Found a few others that are worded as if they came from the same source as well.

So..... IF what that source says is true. I dunno.

There is most certainly a cross tolerance between phenethylamines and tryptamines. Although as long as your previous doses have been few and far between you should be ok at four days.

Yes! There is a cross tolerance because they all affect your Serotonin 5HT2a receptor (Phenethylamines and tryptamines) . There is a cross tolerance between mushrooms cacti and LSD so you're going to need to make a choice
