Unusual Patterning?

I started to grow Palenque's awhile ago and so far so good but this one mushroom is sorta different. I let it open for a bit longer then I normally do, I usually pick them 2 hours or so after the veil tears. This one I left overnight so maybe 9 hours? It had a darker pattern ontop, so I took a q-tip and swabbed the darker parts, and it came off as black. so I'm thinking either it is some sort of bacteria or something I haven't seen so far in the information area, or maybe I rubbed some of the top-fleshy part off and the patterning is something else? I tried to attach a picture, you can see where I disturbed the pattern with my q-tip swipeing. I've been letting it dry for a couple hours in this pic just incase its alright, so its a little rippley.
I just want to know if its ok, or If I should throw it out. And if I should throw it out, is whatever is wrong with it going to affect my fruiting chamber/cakes?
Thanks!

It's fine. There's nothing wrong with it. There are a variety of factors that make some fruits look different from the others. That's why mushroom identification in the wild is oftentimes so very difficult. If it makes you feel uncomfortable, don't eat it. However, you'll be tossing a huge amount of shrooms over the years if you follow that advice. I've seen some FREAKY looking fruits...

Those patterns seem like spore patterns to me. Try rubbing them off.
