Which guide do any of the advance members recommend for a beginner to follow for cultivating Cambodian species shrooms

I have found these two:

I read the PF-Tek V2 is old which is why I am looking for the most recent or better yet, most recommended guide for beginners.

RR made an instructional video a few years back called "lets grow mushroom" and thats pretty good
