LC in jars w/o polyfill

i was wondering if theres a sterile way to make a LC in a jar without polyfill or silicone sealant for the lid, basically all i have is jars, spores and karo

yes you can just drop spores in the jar after PC or put a live sample in to clone this i just droped in spores

Sure there is, but how ya gonna suck any LC out once it's colonized?

I would at the very least punch a nail hole and use some micropore tape. Whenever you suck some out you can cover your hole with more micropore tape. Doing this risks more contam than any other inoculation point though.

Hell if you punch a hole in the lid then ya might as well cram in an ear plug, polyfill, or something like that.

This is the best lids I've ever tried for LCs. Tyvek with an RTV inoculation point. The lids breath, filter, and you don't have to worry about contam. It's not hard considering RTV is only a few bucks and tyvek is free at any post office.
