The question of the night from me is....

Im wondering if i should take my casing outta the tin foil container and put it on like a flat surface as to get the most outta my fruits seeing as how i just peeked on it and i have a ton of pins popping up and alot are on the sides of the casing even though its foil . I know its cause of the foil and the casing spliting apart from each other there is a little gap there and thts where its pinning at now

And if i can or should would it be ok for more then one flush???

I have seen it done before.
You could take it out and put it into a bigger container, as not to mess with the pins growing out the side.
Also, if your only getting pins from the side of the container, you might have overlay, and maybe you need to deep scratch

I wouldn't mess with it since most of the time you end up screwing it up. Just leave it and the pins may develop ok.

Ok but i dont want the shrooms growing on the sides to rot in it if i dont find them in time but i guess ill just have to search nice and hard when i harvest them

They are pinning very good more then expected
I like to kinda watch them grow every time i look in on it they are a little bigger i wish i could run my webcam on them and make a slow movie of them growing and speed it up to actually watch them grow :tongue:

do you mean worried? Well what you should really be worried about is the blueish colored spots on your casing. You better keep an eye on that.

Well i just discovered one shroom about an inch tall on another one of my casings but it has a verm top layer on it so i cant see any discoloring on it
And the cup ckaes arent fully colonized yet so nothing on them yet either and my cake looks good
