could some one please describe what it looks like when honey carmilises when boiled to long. thank you :blush:

I've never had it caramalize on me before. But from what I hear their wispy strands that alot of people mistake for mycelium growth.

If the honeywater is darker than it should be, plus you took it out of the PC and it looked like mycelia was growing in it or it had some sediment then you probably cooked it too long.
