1-4x air exchange per day. Daily sunlight exposure. Humidity is dripping wet, as per terrarium.
BRF, and then BRF over verm, with verm / coir casing Massive problem with aborted pins and weak flushes.
Ideas....

In the first pic the farthest cap looks real dry. Is that the picture or is it winkled like it's to dry?
Hows that for a non-conclusive answer?

Im pretty sure you only want like 2 hours at most of direct sunlight.
I was reading on rr's journal and he dont recomend anything over 2 hours use a desk light or somthing with not alot of heat.
Hell I put my cakes by the window today for less then an hour and the temp got up to 90* which is no good.

1-4 is pretty vague. Is it 4 most days or 1 most days? Looks like this could be your problem.
I recently obtained an aquarium air pump for 6.49. Bubbler stone 1.69. It's a cheap fix if you don't fan a lot.

So the room might reach 82 degrees during the day and come down to 74 at night.
The air exchange is at least once a day. Never exceeding 2-3 times.
Once the sun sets, light shines right in to the room for a couple hours.
No initial dunk.

what about the dunk? low moisture content can cause problems like small fruits. and you need more air

dunking can be really helpful. ive seen it happen. no results... great results... the reason?
a healthy dunk and roll.
but then again there could be many reasons for whats going on with your stuff.
