why cant google find the real important shit

ever notice google often wont find what is most important that you find out?

i am looking for the name of a series of books that i was able to read one of.

it was about how to do complex stuff, it talked about perspective, it talked about using computers, relating to all kinds of stuff. it had excerpts etc from a wide variety of mediums such as cartoons to comic strips to cartoons, etc.

most importantly it wasnt just "heres how to draw this" it taught you drawing concepts and techniques.

someone on here must know the name of this book series.

seriously my drawing sucks and the only reason i need to find a copy is to find a set of simple "how to draw a cartoon dog" that had characters i wanted to recreate a comic strip i made. (they werent specific characters but more like how to draw emotion, etc)

i only checked the library and a small bookstore, didnt find it :shrug:

because google is more important than you and the things you were searching for. They are far too busy with the more important searches.

I tried looking through Amazon for the book you described. I've narrowed a search down by topic, and got over 7000 results. If you have any more information at all I can probably narrow it further, otherwise all I can offer you is this:

If you're looking for beginners info on drawing you don't need a book, you can find all the tutorials you'll ever need online.

no i am not looking for that I am looking for those pictures so I can see what I was looking at to redraw the strip.

i may have to find another way, its kinda hard to explain the books but they where part of a series and they kinda of ran the gamut of drawing cartoons and comics and things of that nature, to include how to space things out and perspective of pictures, it had a lot of input from actual cartoonists from a broad range, so i would have thought it would be readily found even though i didnt have the title because it seems high profile

google was good a few years ago, before they were google. Metacrawler had everything.

i figure google now sucks for the following reasons: the internet expanded massively within the last few years, they take money to feed you bullshit they think you'll click on.
