Spacing Issue?
    #11014052 -

Well I allready have some mushrooms coming out of my one cake but they are growing to the side really and the FC is only half a foot thick in width if they end up touching the wall of the FC will they stop growing or will they start to grow upwards once they find out there's no space, or will they simply come out deformed :frown:?

Thanks.

IME they grow upwards once they reach the wall.

Yeah and dont be afraid to move the cakes around a bit as the fruits get bigger. I have fruits turn downwards alot of times and nosedive for the perlite. so i just scrape away some perlite and everything's good.

You can leave the cakes wherever they are and let the fruits bump against the sides or each other. They work it out for themselves.
