I think it might be a myrtillocactus geometrizans, but the spines are quite long.

It is, they can get longer with age, don't pay attention to spination so much.

Yes you can graft those seedlings to your myrtillocactus. Once the graft(s) have taken then you can slowly acclimate them to more sunlight and less humidity. Since it's spring where you're at, then now would be an o.k. time.

Seedlings can be grafted to columnar stock just like older cacti offsets and pups. Although you'd want to keep the newly made grafts in a humidity tent for a few days, since the lophs aren't acclimated to low humidity.

You could even graft to the areoles, like this one I did:
