I just started my first tray of bulk. Its a tiny one only 2 quarts. Its kind of an in between thing while I wait for my ten quart grain to homemade mycobag to be done.I put it in with my cakes that are still fruiting. The chamber is run by coolmist and is at around 93-97 humidity level. Is this OK for a tray? Its really the only place I have for it at the moment...

What substrate? Did you let it colonize before you put it in the FC?

I'll post one up. It was about a week, i used a clear tray with a clear bag so i could see how it was going from all sides. I waited till the whole thing looked done.

A week? If it's been in the FC less than a day, put it back into colonization conditions for another 4-7 days.
Wait until you get hyphal knots- you'll see them through the sides as well as on tub. Then fruit it.

Here it is. As you can see there are parts that shine because there are beads of water that are forming on the surface. This is what is freaking me out. I'm trying to keep the humidity a lil lower but I don't want to affect the cakes that are pinning and fruiting. Is this normal or do I need to do something soon?I have another lil grow compartment that i made out of 2 bed in a bags. I guess I could put it in that. Plz help.

It'll be ok. You actually might want your cakes closer to 100%. But this tray is fine.

Ok thank you. I Know, but I heard after they pin it can go down to 90-92%. All the cakes in it are pinning or close to done. Plus I haven't had any problems yet with cakes. All have given me 45-60 grams wet per flush per cake plus I'm getting third flushes which is nifty. I'm just pumped for my homemade mycobag that I knocked up with 1 quart of wbs a lil over a week ago. Its at around 60 percent and 10 quarts total. I'll have to update my tek soon to show the progress.
