Just got done watching it. What do you think of it? (besides winona ryder is so hawt)
I love the bright pastel colors of the suburbs. Funny depictions of the mindless and competitive nature of the stereotypical American suburbs. Everybody liked the gentle and misunderstood guy when he had something to offer them, but when he was no longer novel and manipulable, just dark and creepy, he was forcefully alienated. Cool, cool movie for anybody coping with feelings of alienation and isolation.
seriously brilliant movie, it shows ya why hating people/society is completely rational...
well, at least thats what i got from it but i may just be finding the proof because i'm looking for it...i love every person but at the same time i hate all the social identities we adopt, the acts that make us forget what its like to really be a fucking human being to instead be some neurotically envisioned caricature of what we think is 'cool' or acceptable by the crowd...also, winona ryder is perfect

Cant stand the movie or its director. Something about him and his movies make me cringe.

Old, but not dated. It's a great film, because it's still beautiful and relatable all these years later.

Excellent movie. Quite possibly Burton's greatest work.
