My san pedro cactus juice came out tan colored

So about 2 weeks ago, I prepared san mescaline juice from 2 feet of san pedro cactus by dicing, skinning, and freezing the plant material, then softening with boiling water and straining the cactus tissue through a t shirt. I repeated this process several times in order to maximize yield.

That was all well and good, and I put my finalized cactus juice in a tupperware box in the refrigerator to preserve it. When I put it in the fridge the juice was a sort of homogeneous clear green color, with some darker cactus pulp at the bottom. Now I have taken it out of the fridge, as I am taking it camping tomorrow, and aside from the remaining pulpy shit at the bottom, the juice is now a clear tan color. It does not look or smell rotten, but i would like to know if this is a bad thing.

Help would be appreciated, thanks.
