I have never really liked ranch on anything other than my salads. I'm just fuckin weird prolly, hot sauce though....my god that would be good.

I usually dip my bacon in ketchup and/or the syrup with my pancakes,the sausage is dipped also in these 2 condiments.(when and if I eat that crap):tongue:

Here's my grandmother german potato salad recipe with bacon if anyone is interested. :drooling:

5 bacon strips
3/4 of a cup of chopped onions
2 tbsps all purpose flour
2/3 of a cup of cider vinegar
1 1/3 cup of water
1/4 cup of sugar
1 (I think tsp, but it might be tbsp) salt
1 (again, tsp, but it might be tbsp...I fucked up the notion when I wrote it down) of pepper
6 cups sliced cooked peeled potatoes(you dont want them to be too soft, otherwise theyll end up mashed when you're stirring it all up.

Fry the bacon until it's crisp enough to crumble and set it aside.

Drain 2/3 of the grease

Cooke the onions until brown and tender in the grease

Stir in flour vinegar and water, and mix it up really good.

Let it simmer until it becomes thick.

Add sugar and stir

Add in the crumbled bacon and stir

Lightly stir in the potatoes without mashing them too much.

Stuff your face with it:drooling:
It's really good after sitting in the refrigerator overnight, but it's not really necessary if you don't want to wait.
I'm going to have to make some this weekend.:fatbastard:
