When you froze them it caused all the cell walls to rupture and you made the active chemicals inactive. It's ok to put shrooms in the refrigerator, but never freeze them in the freezer. Better luck next time.

Even though you dried them first, Freezing shrooms makes them inactive. I wouldnt eat them, try again and leave the freezer to Icecream.
