Branching out from P. Cubes ~ What should I do now???

I've been growning cubes for several years and have great luck. I'm now wanting to branch out a bit and grow something else. Has to be hallucinaginic. I've been looking around at a few. I would like to keep as many of my growing parameters the same, if possible.... Temps, Fruiting chamber design, substrate, etc. I understand that all these things won't stay the same, and that they are more of a challenge, but here's what i've been looking at:
Panaeolus subbalteatus (= P. cinctulus) Psilocybe mexicana : Jalisco Panaeolus (Copelandia) cambodginiensis : Thailand, Suphanburi Goliath Panaeolus (Copelandia) cyanescens : Jalisco var. Megasporus Psilocybe azurescens : Astoria Ossip Strain Flying Saucers
here's a few i'm looking at... anyone have any advice or info? I'm very familiar with growing cubes, i havn't looked at website or book or anything in a few years for help. It's all second nature now. But i'm really wanting to try something new and not just a new new cube strain.

Mexicana or ATL #7, lots of fun there. The myc looks funny and acts funny, compared to cubes, but it is still pretty easy-going. Plus- truffles!

That is incorrect. The species was misidentified previously. It has been correctly reclassified as P. cambodginiensis.

here's a link to that grow, i kinda madeup that method from everything i have learned here on this forum the chamber i had wasn't very tall, they just smashed up against the ceiling, got a taller chamber now
Panaeolus Cambodginiensis

my new sub recipe, which is great so far, in the FC now day 2
this is just a rough recipe, many variations will work just as well most likely
6cups verm 4cups steer manure 4cups BRF 1cup spent expresso 1.5cups worm casting 5-10% gypsum (around 1 cup) 5cups water
i recommend sifting out the big pieces from the composted manure

it really is a fun hobby, i'm sure most everyone on here agrees. i'll admit, sometime i start taking it for granted. I'm grateful though when i have a smile across my face and the feeling of pride sweep over me, when i have a beautiful flush, or see that weird little mutant that grew in the corner, or the beauty of a nice cluster that just looks cool growing in the middle of the tub... lol anyways....
i'm excited about trying something new, i was a bit nervous at first, just being scared of the unknown... but now i'm ready to tackle a new mission. Tektonic, i can't wait to see that, i'm looking forward to seeing the new FC and 20+ pancakes! lol that's going to be crazy!!! Please give some good detail on the tek, i'd like to try and follow those footsteps... i've still been too busy to find out if i can even run bulk with pans, or if it's casing/cake only, i'm sure it's not, but.... well, please get a camera soon cuz i'd love to see that, but for now i must go, work awaits me...
p.s. i dropped a fully loaded, hot pressure cooker on my foot earlier, I WAS PISSED!!! lol, i'm cool now, thanks to skunk #1 lol

This is a great hobby. It keeps me from doing illegal things with my free time . I don't think you can go wrong with any of those choices. I'm hoping to get around to all of them eventually.

i assumed pan's would be much harder to grow so i went nuts trying to conceptualize what i would need in for an fc... when my cakes where ready, i was too brokt to finish making my fc, but it worked just fine as you can see the only thing thats hard about pans, for me, is getting them out of the jar
i've only seen pans growing in trays in fc'c, and outdoors, you can definately do pan in bulk
the cakes i've got going now should be pinning tommorow, but i'm having a hell of a time finding a camera
goodluck man, sorry to hear bout your foot
