Fuck Cigarettes

I think I just got myself addicted. Up at 6 in the fucking morning screwing around instead of writing my fucking paper and I decide to go have a smoke to calm down. Then I'm like fuck it, chase the buzz, I'll have another. Nothing fucking happens. I'm like that was wierd. I end up chain smoking a third one and no effect besides a stomach ache, minor lung irritation and a bad fucking mood. Now I just smell stinky, my mouth tastes bad, I feel like shit and I hate myself for becoming a nicotine slave. Fuck cigarettes.

cigarettes have alot of chemicals added (52 i believe)

Things so your cig burns up faster. stuff so that nicotine is taken up faster in your brain so you toke more frequently. and so on. some tobacco is washed with bleach.

i know the feeling, the only time i truly ENJOY cigs is ether tripping, and then only sometimes, but if im rolling then i chain smoke like 5 at a time and cant get enough

Yeah smoking ciggs is a waste of life and money. I quit 6 months ago, after the first month or two you don't think about it too much.

yeh iv been off the darts for months now, i'm exercising regularly, working out regularly, eating well, and i haven't felt or looked better if i do say so myself.

however, last weekend i split a deck with a mate coz we'd be drinking at a gig and i mustv had like 4-6.
i had the last exam for a course yesterday so last night i celebrated with some drinking, but couldn't resist the urge to accompany it with a smoke.

now today i had a bit of a tiff with my dad and i felt like going outside and having a smoke to calm down. i still feel like having one now.

the cravings and addiction come back so quickly and easily. too easily.

If you're implying that you're addicted because you've just had 3 cigarettes (with no smoking in the past three days), you're most likely blowing this out of proportion.  It's as simple as not having another one.  I can guarantee that if your withdrawal, if existent, will be extremely minor.  Don't smoke another one is how anyone has to quit, it will just be incredibly easier for you if you start now.

Cigarettes suck.But they are so good.I feel you man,i just had an exam today and had to study,so i smoked half a pack in a day,after doing snuff for 2 weeks... :frenchie:

I never understood how people can get addicted to tobacco,i mean i smoked for a year straight and then just quit.Just don't buy another pack,buy gum.

Yeah I was blowing it out of proportion now that I look back on it, but I have started getting notably reduced effects (little to no buzz off a cig) and I am starting to fucking crave them like once every 1-2 hours. I wasn't implying that chain smoking threes cigarettes gets you addicted, I've done it many times. The point was that I smoked three and barely got a buzz (cigarette addicts don't get a buzz off of them) and I was already in a pissed off mood, so I ranted that I was probably addicted now (sure enough, here come the cravings). Probably will quit today since my pack ran out and I'm starting a health kick.
