harvest: night 1


all cloning has been done already. i was going to start a thread about desireable characteristics to look for when selecting specimens for cloning, but the tub was just growing TOO FAST!!!

for example, these didnt really grow in packed clusters. mostly clusters of 2 and 3. so i didnt know whether to grab a fruit from the earliest fruiting(which was the mature cluster you see in the picture) or to grab from the biggest, or most perfect fruits(which were far on the other side of the tub where fruiting is slower)...

more pictures to come tomorrow, as the only things thats been harvested is that fat cluster. the stipes are decent density, the caps are meaty. even the smaller fruits had 1/4" of just meat in the cap




Heres is the tub the the next morning. after that big left group was harvested.


only the ones ready to harvest were harvested while harvesting. leaving pins and teenage fruits to develope
