Best dose for contact?

Your poll doesn't reflect all the doses one can "make contact" with.

Personally, the first time I felt like I was communicating with "entities" or the mushrooms, or space-elves, the DMT world, whatever you wanna call it, I was only on 1.5 dried grams of mushrooms.

I don't think it has so much to do with the size of your dose, but the intention of your dosing. I had been very comfortable taking 1.5 grams in public before that trip, and now I feel like I could make "contact" with an even smaller dose if I choose to. I chose to resonate with the "elf tones", and in doing so, it sent me on a ~2 hour psychedelic mind-trip. My visuals were not distorted, but my auditory senses were overloaded with information. I experienced very intense vibrations during the experience. I never left my body, but I definitely experienced it in a whole new way...

On the other hand, I have taken up to 7 grams with just healing intentions, and never "made contact" with anything but my Self. It's all about the intent... and also, I think once the mushrooms are comfortable with you, as you should be with them, they will give you the keys to the deeper layers.
