Win it All, and Then Throw it Away
    #10983641 -

Fear, and change.

And the fear of change.

These manifestations of attachment are a hindrance for personal growth, and more realistically, is a sure-fire ticket for an express ride towards boredom and monotony.

The Journey is the Destination. Whenever goals are perceived to be places, and when accomplishments are perceived to be the end all to desires and behaviors, then one is robbed of true passion--true motivation--true intention. The embedded 'drive' that we all possess should not be rewarded with false levels of progress. There is no up or down, no here nor there.

"What the fuck is he talking about?" I am referring to so many of us adults who forget that a job is not a thing, it's not a title, and it's not an identifier for who you are, what you do, or what you represent. I am referring to so many of us who think degrees, titles, names, certificates, and receipts are valuable measurements for previous work and future potential.

Life is preciously short, and as such should not stop at your computer desk. There is nothing to lose but the fear of loss. I'm pursuing many tangible things at the moment myself, but when (if at all) I reach the intended goal, I will likely toss it to the side.

Doing so in the past has been a spring cleaning of sorts, and partly allowed for these new opportunities to manifest in the first place, however transient themselves.

Building blocks are there to be manipulated because the building will always be an unfinished, moving work in progress.

I acheived two things from reading this; you believe that: achievements are not where happiness lies and that  identities which are derived from cultural values are facades.

Is this about what you conversed or did we miss th mark here.
