Well, You can go PF Tek, but you would get better results using millet, or any other whole grain, but I would recommend millet (produces quite potent mushrooms).
You can get it a health food store.:smirk: 

And may I add, all strains of cubensis would grow just as good as any other, on any of the mentioned substrates, Creepers are no different.

I havent experimented with any other substrate other than bfr/verm on my creepers. but it seems to be doing very well.i had full colonization in 12 days on half pint jars. and got about an average 7 g's dried per cake per flush.
