What is your Happy Place?
    #1096564 - 11/29/02 06:57 PM (14 years, 7 months ago)

What would be your ideal envronment to live in? Who else would be there? What else would be there?

--------------------
What if everything around you
Isn't quite as it seems?
What if all the world you think you know,
Is an elaborate dream?
And if you look at your reflection,
Is it all you want it to be?

Excellent question

lets see..

Well you know I could probably live just about anywhere as long as it was a relatively warm climate.

My house will be basically one giant room (bathroom and maybe guestroom or two somewhere for privacy). As far as who would live with me; anybody who's not bothered by drug-use and knows how to keep quiet but pay rent would be the only requirement. Oh yeah, and no axe-murderers.

Somewhere remote in the wilderness. Maybe on the top of a mountain or on an island or what have you.

A warm climate a must. Good mushroom growin temperature!

Maybe a good hydro/solar/wind power setup, cuz we'll be cranking out some massive volume everyday on the amplifiers.

Any respectful open-minded people welcome.

The ideal enviroment to live in would be one of absolute unity. beyond the concept of linear time, and space.

I want to be somewhere unspoiled with rivers and woods and beautiful views (I am going to move to Alaska eventually I think).  With a beautiful woman who loves me for me, and our children.  And a marijuana garden.  That's it

Live in the mountains near a rive or stream of a sort. Maybe 10 mins from a small valley town.

Hey Strumpling... One room? Maybe a Guestroom? That sounds like this crackpad me and some friends used to hang out with. Looking back that's a sketchy scenario. To each their own I suppose...

Im pretty much living in my happy place. Mountains covered in thick jungle right behind me and a 2 minute walk to the ocean. A cornecopia of copelandias growing year round, five minutes from my house. Perfect weather all the time and beautiful women all over the place. What more could I ask for?

I think my ultimate happy place would be in a lucid dream though. The feeling of being totally free and fearless is wonderful.

My happy place would be in a green hillside with lots of various trees and bushes- A place to medatate. Just beyond that would be a desolate desert where the sand stays warm all night. I'd probably have my place right in the middle. A tall tower painted blue that would be very artistically designed. It would go deep underground where there would be a giant maze, and the bottom level would be a dark, deep pool of water.

Im not exacty sure right now, I want a taste of what is out there, so far Im not to fond of the tropics as being my perminent place of residence even though the Tropics are nice. I figure I'll wander through the desert a little bit when I get away from here, and maybe check out Washington state, I like how Washington sounds I dunno, I like open spaces with very few people around for at least an 8 mile radius.

this is my happy place as well lol... but i see something in my future which i still cant decipher. but its a wonderful and beautiful place. i saw it in the pipe when i was on shrooms... that was the first time i have "seen" it in reality or my concious perception of the world. its always been inside here in my head. its not like a dream but its not like this reality either. i dont know lol.

i cant see anyone there... i can barely see myself. i just see myself seeing the place... thats all i can see now. need more shrooms lol.

Yes, there is the way to the 'outside' inside all of us. It is truely astounding.

Excellet Topic!

I've been thinking about this a lot lately, finding my own piece of paradise. Id like to build a house on a deserted beach/island with perfect waves. Id also like several gardens including marijuana and ethnobotanicals (and mushrooms). Id also like a boat. Im thinking this place may lie in Australia.

For me, it would be a unpopulated section of dense old-growth forest in a sub-tropical environment.  Temperature never surface-of-the-sun hot, but never goes below freezing (I HATE cold things).  House would be middle-sized heartland style, with an adjoining greenhouse.  I'd live with my fiance?, and have a natural medicine practice in the nearest town, 15 miles away.
I'd have at least 3 cats, and a pet raven.
THAT would be paradise to me.
But we all have our fantasies.
Keep up the good work, fellow shroomerites.

80 deg. F summers, cold ass winters with snow. No government, no assholes to create hell because of the lack of government. Rolling fields of marijuana, 6 or 7 tanks of mushrooms, plus lots of outdoor hunting fields
