If mycelium colonzation has a foothold(80% vegative growth) this may be enough to overcome possible bacteria growth. If it seems to overcome, good! Always rely on smelling the mixture and looking for "dark" colors..If it smells foul or looks funky, throw it out..don't want to get sick! goodluck!
