need id on this mushroom

Habitat:
I found this mushroom growing within ten feet of where we dump the horse crap/wood shavings in my yard

Gills:
white, underneath the cap

Stem: white, probably 10cm
Cap:
circular cap, concave slightly, whitish brown with dark spot in center



Bruising:
no brusing (its dry alerady)

Other information:
mushroom smells kind of funny after about ten hours, it was really soft and the stem broke really easily, no spore print but i dont plan on eating it

i can get a pic but its discolored now (cap is dark brown) and the stem is off
if it helps i can post in the next few minutes

It might help, but I doubt it at this point.  It's sometimes hard or impossible to identify a mushroom even with a good picture.! :smile:

Your general geographical location would help too.
