Possible Death cap and a Dye Polypore.......

Went on a short hunt today on the way home from the weed man when I just about shit myself when I saw:
1a

1b (Not so clear...)

1c

I believe them to be Phaeolus schweinitzii, the Dye Polypore.
and this may be a deathcap, but I could be way off:
2a
 2b

Cap: 2" wide, slightly tacky, convex.
Gills: I think they are free, white
Stalk: whiteish, bulb not seen yet.
Spores: I will pick it once mature. Gills are white, so I assume white spores.
Habitat: Dirt underneath woodchips in swampy park. Not a wet area where the mushroom was though.
I know my pics of mushroom #2 aren't great, but I will try for better ones once mature. I was pretty much just posting to show off the big orange thing I found.

I plucked one from the same spot a few days ago that I believe to be of the same species, but I am not positive since both were so young. The one I picked a few days ago had a bulb, but was a little darker.
I plan on riding my bike up there today to check it's progress. If mature, it's getting plucked and I will report more details such as bulb shape and spore print. As of now it looks like Amanita phalloides, or possibly the Grisette, Amanita vaginata.
Oh, and a Death cap is Amanita phalloides, one of the most poisonous (if not the most poisonous) mushrooms in the world. Eat just one, and you will probably die.
Here is what they look like:

From The Audubon Field Guide to North American Mushrooms:
"The Death Cap has been mistaken for edible mushrooms to which it bears little resemblance; in almost every case the ring or the cup (volva) was ignored. This deadly species often appears in urban areas under European conifers, as well as under native oaks, and may produce anywhere from 2 or 3 to several hundred mushrroms."
"Although the odor soon becomes nauseating, the young mushrooms are described as having a pleasant taste. Symptoms are typically delayed for 10-14 hours or more and begin with severe intermittent vomiting, diarrhea, and cramps. A remission occurs after a day or so, and the victim believes they are better. By the third or fourth day, signs of serious kidney and/or liver dysfunction appear and can, without adequate treatment, cause death in 5-10 days."

Death caps grow under oaks and sometimes pines...I'd love to see pics of death caps fruiting in cow fields...

I didn't call you a liar, but I do doubt your statement. Looking forward to your pics...

After going back today, it is no Death Cap. The first one I picked that resembled this one (just darker) a few days ago and two feet away had a volva, but this one did not.
I had no batteries for pics (my camera sucks and eats 'em) but I plucked it today and it was nearly pure white and had no annulus or bulb.
It was kinda mangled and eaten by now anyway. Bummer.
Anyone know much about the Phaeolus schweinitzii up there at the top? It was one of the most unusual things I have ever seen, considering I walked that path less than a month ago and it wasn't there. Just so orange, it almost looked like a mangled inside of a Nerf football or something.
It just looked like a polypore or something that would have been there for a year or something, not a few weeks or less.
