They should be better, of course. What I'm waiting for though is next season. Rodriguez should be close to or finished with the transformation. It's a brutal process going from a pro style offense with pocket passers, huge O-lineman and 6'4" possession receivers to a spread that features dual threat quarterbacks, scat backs, and mobile offensive lineman.

And we still have inexperience at QB. Tate Forcier and Denard Robinson are both true freshman. If they can get to a middle of the pack bowl this season I'd probably consider it a success after what happened last year.

I think you can...but you have to of course get the right recruits in there to do it. And that takes time. Time he might not have...because if they have another 3-9 or 4-8 type of season then they'll probably fire him.

Amen....But i was the same way towards USC when they were the team to beat.. I think i just hate who ever is #1 at the time

I love college football cause every week counts and there's always an under-dog that spoils someones dreams.

Ill always hate ND though, no matter how good or bad they're doing..Most over-rated team ever..they sucked balls last year, barely made it to a bowl game, and yet there in the top 25...they're even saying Florida vs ND in the title game.hahahahahaha

Kind of reminds me of what nebraska went through with bill callahan..changed the whole culture of the program...disregarded tradition and everything that was special to their program...put in a new system and failed miserably.. But i'd have more faith in rodriguez than callahan

its not about rodriguez or anything.

you gotta have a power run game in the big 10, not finesse spread option.

not to mention have to throw the football/defense. his defenses at west virginia were pretty bad.

ohio state seems to have gone to the spread option and they're doing pretty good. Maybe even penn state to an extent..big 10 has a steotype of being a big but slow conference...i think teams in the big 10 are trying to change that..look how awful they do when they play non conference opponents...they need more speed.

I took a stroll through the Utah campus a few days ago when I dropped a friend off at SLC International. Ate at some pizza joint called "The Pie" that was supposed to be the best place in the city or something.

It is the best place in the STATE to get a pizza...I haven't spent too much time out of the state so I don't know how good it is overall but it's fucking great when you're used to Domi-fag and Pizza Fart
