This was only an hour and a half or so away from me haha.  From what I read they arrested him because first they found him extremely sick on the back porch then after they walked through the house firefighters throats were "burning" haha and they sealed the house and obtained a search warrant.  After that they discovered the "lab" which contained test tubes and lots of petri dishes which I dont see how you could get in trouble with that haha.  Crazy cops around here... they are amazed when they see any type of "lab" but they would probably go nuts if they saw some of my buddies shit haha.

Your listening to what the cops said, not what his doctors said.
A cop thinks:

      "well, hes having health problems and heres some of that DEADLY science equipment we got trained to look for (meth and shit) and he's having health problems, and there is equipment here, so i guess he made himself sick with that stuff- thats why they say its dangerous, and it is science equipment, and he is sick."

No you fuck tard police- he did not get himself sick or injured on accident hes got a fucking PHD!!!
The fucking dumbest grower on this site never got himself sick growing shrooms.
I know alot about becoming a LEO and it works like this- you take dare in grade school and get their propaganda repeated over and over again for 12 years, then if you want to be a cop you get 2-4 more years of advanced DARE in college (no college needed in DETROIT btw.) After you qualified by taking in enough DARE and home economics etc.. you get to go to the academy where they make sure you get ripped, they provoke your worst adrenalin responses, subject you to pepper spray and sometimes tazers, and endless mental and physical workouts.

Now 70% of these recruts are dumb as fuck to begin with, so its easy to teach them with terms like "bad guys do this, and your the good guy so you do this when you see it."  This process we can call programing. Ive seen friends go through it- when they come out, and free thoughts or doubts concerning police work they had are gone.

If you show a cop like my buddy a few pictures of DEA seized meth labs, then tell them to look for "lab equipment" because that way they can bust these labs with all kinds of danger associated with them. He's going to look at the pics and say to him self "well i dont know what any of that shit is for." Then whenever he sees a test tube he's going to associate it with danger and criminality.

"Test tubes are what the bad guys have, and your the good guy." -get what im sayin. Police are employees, and if you ever worked anywhere you know the problems employees can have. Police programing is geared toward obedience and force/action type responses. When a reporter asks the cop what happened hes only going to say what feels safe for him to say, which after so many years is nothing but the programed rhetoric, outside knowledge and ability to form a complex opinion are not required for the job.

Test tubes in my kitchen dont make it a lab, any more than having tools in my garage make it a factory.

now that i think about it, i guess a few people prolly made themselves sick trying to follow instructions from this site on growing. However- i doubt anyone with a PHD didnt immediately seal and dispose of a moldy monotub.
