I find reishi tea helps my asthma, but yeah, weed does seem to cause a little inflammation for me, after an hour or two like you said.  I think sativa strains/strains with lower resin content don't do it as bad.

I used to have asthma in middle school... i starting smoking weed in high school, now i'm way more healthy and asthma free... besides cannabis used to be used as an asthma remedy before it was outlawed
