Check oout this thread.  I guess the nubies aint interested.  It seems to me that the way to get REAL STRONG shrooms is to do it outdoors.  Any thoughts?  I'd like to discuss this.

It seems to me that my outdoor cubes were at least 4x as potent as my indoor ones.  I ate 3 small indoor ones at a PHISH show and was fucked up.  THen ate 1 (one) of these at a small newgrass venue and I was way more F'd.

Just want to know what people think.  I think the more you stress them the stronger they get!

Yeah, I agree on this CK. I also had the same experience from outdoor cubes to.
Had a Malabar tub that really didnt perform very good indoors, got one flush from it,then buried it outdoors around the begining of August. Sure enough, the damn thing blows up,pins everywhere. Probablly harvested at least 3 dried ounces from it so far.
Anyways potency has got to be at least 2x stonger than indoors.
Not sure why they are stronger, but they are,its like night and day difference.
That substrate took off like crazy once outside....I wonder if this always happens when things get put outside? And I'm curious also,as to why they have considerably more potency than an indoor flush?
I know next year,I'm really focusing on outdoor grows.

I have tried several times to place cakes outside buried. Nothing ever come of it, and after several, several weeks of nothing, when I go to the spot and dig it up, it's really white in the area, but there are TONS of bugs in there. Like they are eating the myc.

Very disappointing.

This thread was moved from Advanced Mycology.

Reason:
Off topic in advanced mycology.

Outdoor cubes are usually meatier and larger than indoor, but rarely as potent.  I'm sure if yours were more potent, you got some good genetics working and it's not related to being outdoors.
