Substrate should be rye i think? And not sure about the temps. Been thinking about trying some, you have to be experienced with dung or compost to grow these puppies
As long as you are you shouldn't have any problems...

Straw rocks!!! add a little rye flour and wow!!! Colonization 77-80F+...fruiting 73-75F....Lots of fresh air via bubbler...Humidity 80-85%...Very little condesation on the base of your container.....

Everything for the Pan. Trop. is pretty much the same as P. Cubensis.

Like happygrins says, it`s quite similar if not the same as cubensis.
Except naturally that the primary fruiting substrate is Dung or straw based bulk substrates.
As far as fruiting conditions or incubation goes, the paremeteres are the same.

Well because they colonise faster than cubensis, infact there is less chance of contamination. This being said, pans will not compete anywhere near as well as cubensis with molds.
The main differences with pans and cubies are that you require a manure/straw substrate and casings.
use manure, substituted for brf/rye in your pf mix and case the colonised jars with cococoir mixed with verm. mist up until the day that pins form then DO NOT MIST AGAIN until you have picked the surface clean of fruits. Should fruit within eight days of casing. The fruiting parameters are smaller for pans than for cubies as cubies will fruti under a very wide variety of temps.
Potency puts cubies straight to bed.

with a simple search ,one would find that there is a difference...You have to hold around 80% humidity after pins form where cubes like 95%...BIg difference.....Big enough to fail and does take some practice...

Stamets 1983: Cubensis Cropping: Relative humidity 85%-92% - copelandia cyanescens cropping relative humidity 95%-92%. Maybe you should do some research! Cubensis 95% humidity in what fucking world?? Sure cubies will fruit under a variety of conditions, but your making it hard for those casings (even cakes)
Ive had no trouble at all fruiting pan cyans and cubie casings off 91% humidity and Ive never run into cap formation problems or aborts unless ive misted the casing. Infact Id wager that temps, rather than humidity play more of a part with pan cyans than - although your proposed level of cubensis humidity would be bad for any mushroom.
Having fruited both perfectly well using simple humidification techniques, and understanding the fact that cubensis will fruit under am extremely wide range of parameters unlike copelandia cyanescens.
Do some research before providing misinformation

my fault ..I was refering to Anno saying he had to grow pans
at a different level of his humidity tent because they liked it dryer than cubes..Thats a fact but I just threw numbers that I had heard refered too..Didnt need to be a DICK about it..I have had success 4 times now with these numbers for trops...

I was going to use about 75% cow poo 25% wheat straw with about 1/4 cup blood meal per pan.  Each pan is aprox 4 to 5 inches deep twelve inches wide and sixteen inches long.  I first pasturized cow poo and straw @ 60 degrees celsius for four hours.  55-60 degrees for three days, then droped it down to 45 degrees for four more days and is cooling off as I type this. that is generally what I use for cubbenis.  I will then place two pints mycellium spawned in rye grain in each pan untill compleatly over grown, then case with scotts three and one.  How does that sound to all the pan growers?
