ya my vial looked unusually low
and a syringe was missing
and i no exactly how many CCs i took out of that vial
so 1 CC by 1 i sucked them up into a syringe and measured it

Whether that manifests through physical addiction, or just wanting to get a better high or a better 'roll', people do not consider others before they consider their own high.
