Psilocybe Graveolens is referenced by Guzman during the mid 80's, yet i can find nothing in his material on this species... Peck is credited with discovering it in the late 1800's.... no material on it... It's hinted at in the mycelial network link.... no further info on it... in performing a search here i've found u vaugely address questions in threads, dating back to early 2000.
i have tremendous respect for u and the work u've done, u know i've stepped upto the plate in the tense moments when u were under attack for no reason... in the past, including a pm to me, u mentioned u will look into this species "but not right now"... i understand u probably have many other things on ur plate... will u ever have time to look into this?
is it possible that this species would be of interest to this board? does it have properties we would be interested in? what does it look like? what are the conditions it grows in? i just don't understand how i can find a reference, but no other information...
is this something i should forget about?
thanks in advance for this consideration MJ... peace
I have a suggestion, if you really want to learn about that species a good idea would be to go to your local universitys library and search through "mycologia" journals. I dont know if i myself have that kinda library surfing disipline (maybe if they let you smoke in the library) but i would think that would be a good place to start if all else fails. Hope that
