Question about "breathable portable closets", is that the same as a martha?

I have a question for those who are familiar with the martha tek. I have been looking at martha-like closets out there and I have one that looks pretty good for my needs:
http://www.nationalfurnishing.com/cgi-bin/ccp51/cp-app.cgi?rrc=N&affl=&pg=ste_prod&ref=4069kdy
In the description of this closet it says that the material is breathable but will not allow mildew or mold to get inside. Is this ssfe to use as a terrarium or am I doomed to fail with this? I assume the material would be similar to tyvek but I don't know. Does anyone successfully use a closet like this?
(Also, I am aware that I will need to cover the bottom with plastic.)

I don't know why guys are saying it has to be plastic. I see no reason that wouldn't work, but lighting would be a challenge. Keeping humidity would be easy with a cool mist inside. RR

well wouldn't the cloth ones be more apt to harbor contaminants within the cloth itself? i think that's why people say that.

Out of desperation I bought a "breathable" one. It works but needs almost 24/7 ultrasonic to keep 95+% RH. I read that the vinyl jobbies only need like 5 mins every half hour etc so that would be a huge advantage to my setup. My setup uses an Ultrasonic for RH and a coolmist for FAE plumbed into the back of the martha. I lined the whole thing with poly sheets and duct taped the seams so it is waterproof inside except the front "doors". It works but that vinyl thing looks way better! Next I will either get one of those or the 4 tier mini greenouses because that one comes with shelving! I just could not find anything else at the time and had to have a place to birth my trays STAT so I ran out and bought the only thing I could find. If I was you, id avoid the "breathable" types as there are so many better options.

so, if a coolmist were placed at the bottom inside the lil greenhouse that alone would provide the humidity, or would the bottom need to be more air-tight?
