Well I see pink and a slight off green there.
I think that second jar is beyond help.

Well in that case it seems as though the mycelium is thinner in patches and the brf/verm is showing through from underneath.

I think the bluing is thinner mycelium with the substrate showingthrough.
I`ve seen this before on brf jars.
