greetings to all,

well the demon that eats little children told me he successfully got 15 1/2 pints inoculated with honey water with the PES Hawaiian strain.. now they are all working.. close to 100% colonized... hes done cakes many times before but never has done it this way.. does the use of this tek perhaps vary the outcome of the fruits? hence will they be bigger , smaller, meatier heh.. id like anyone input to anyone who has tried this method successfully..

Inoculating with a mycelial solution will not affect the fruits, but it may result in faster colonization of your jars.  :smile:

Did you use a syringe made from a print to innoculate the honey water?  Or did you use stem cell tissue to innoculate it?.   

If you use the stem cell you will/should get mushrooms that are like the one you (cloned)

If you used the syringe made from a print to innoculate it then basically that will just speed up colonization because your using spores that have already germinated.
