is this the coolest forum?

is this or is this not the coolest forum on the internet? with the text slowly changing in colour and the way everything is set up, and the mini text boxes that appear when you hover the cursor over a thread title and the way that videos are displayed and how pictures have thumbnails and enlarge...

i just thought i would compliment the brilliant features of the shroomery.

does anybody know what sort of utility was used for this forum? i was considering making a site with a forum and am scoping out good forum set-ups. i know vbulletin is popular.

this is the only forum i visit - and for good reason,

not many sites you can talk about drugs, life, death, music, camping, cooking, or anything, and not be thought of as weird.

You won't find most of the features here on any default forum setups..
Much of the features of the shroomery are custom coded by our ultra badass admins

on that note

is there a way to favorite or subscribe to threads? been trying to figure that out forever.

Yea, the forums here are awesome in so many ways. This is also due to a really cool group of people that get together in unsurpassed open-mindedness to make it all possible.

Most all of us have glimpsed beyond the normal doors of perception, and in a social setting that makes for all the difference.

well the technical specifics aside, the members of the shroomery are definitely cool as well, and the community at large. i haven't been around long, but there are always interestings things afoot

I added a thread to my favorites a while ago but for the life of me a can't remember.  I just looked around for a way the other day and was lost.

I log into shroomery every day almost these days.  It's funny when you look at my posting graph, I stopped posting in '07 and studied my ass off to learn to grow mushrooms, that's the only real break in my forum lurking.  Now though, I post a lot because I've grown to like you people.

Only other forum I ever check out is gamespots ps3 forum.

I found shroomery because I was looking for information on magic mushrooms on google.  Back in 05 I joined and tripped my first time soon after. 4 years and some 40 trips later, I'm still here and not going anywhere.
