I wanna meet you anyway - what's it been, 7 years? 8?

Southeast sounds awesome. Get it together and count me in.

edit: ...

I guess I need to install some IM program since I just reinstalled my OS, it might make planning a little easier, there's several locations we can start with for a gathering, if need be everyone can meet up at my place and we can consolidate and move on to a site from there

he may be a dishonest lunatic but because of the above i respect him nonetheless.

So you respect a "survivalist" that does shit for no reason? That's not surviving. It's called hot-dogging and deserves no respect. The guy squeezed an elephant turd to drink the water from it. I suppose you respect him for being a turd sucker also.

Hell yes I respect a man who will voluntarily drink shit-juice!

Does the fact that he'll do all this ridiculous unnecessary nonsense prove he's a good survivalist?
No, not at all, but who gives a fuck? The dude is awesome -- and it doesn't prove that he's NOT a good survivalist, either.

On Man vs Wild, his mission is to entertain. Without the cameras, on his own, I suspect that he'd be able to outlive any one of us by far -- just because he likes to show off how nuts he's willing to be and knows how to put together an entertaining TV show doesn't mean he has some compulsion to risk his life.

actually all the unnecessary risks do prove he;s a shitty survivalist,
in actuality he may be the best but in front of the cameras it shows
an entirely different story, a good survivalist doesnt take the risk of
crawling into the cracks of a glacier hiking into a mine shaft to find a
way to the bottom of a mountain, they keep their heads in the open air

I'd certainly risk the dangers of exposure the the dangers of being
trapped underground with little oxygen and no light
