Pe monotubs, ready to fruit?

I Mixed some spawn and tenn stud using a 6.5:1 ratio three weeks ago. I checked the two tubs after a week and not much had happened so I let it sit another two weeks not wanting to open them to much. But tonight I did and they both look 100% but look like they have the mycelium blobs some people get. Could lack of fresh air for to many days after 100% colonization have done this? There is good air exchange in both tubs from a 3/4" hole with micropore tape over it. I will introduce a light cycle from the leds I have and fresh air from a coolmist starting in a day or two. I just wanted to know if anyone can confirm these are those blobs, and if I should let them grow a bit in fruiting conditions or remove them and hope for normal pins?

I just tried to pick one of them off, it was soft and very easy to squeeze in between my fingers.

I went back in and removed a few. They had a lot of water in them but smell exactly like mushrooms. Should I remove as many as I can let the tubs consolidate for a day or so them introduce light and a lot of fae, or let these mature? I would think removing them would allow new pins to possibly form without these blobs using a lot of nutrients from the compost, right?

Some of the PE genetics produce a 1st flush of mainly mutant blobs .....
I wouldn't pick any off unless you are positive they are not forming primordia or mutants.
Increase the FAE ..... get some of the beaded up water droplets to evaporate.
Good luck.

yeah I think they are mutants, I will get the coolmist hooked up right away and start a light cycle. Thanks

Maybe you need polyfill instead of micro pore or sufficient gas exchange - you need more air -the blobs can be cause its to stuffy inside Need better circulation- do you mist once in awhile?!

I'm going to use a coolmist for fae, I hadn't hooked it up yet because I was waiting for full colonization. I'm going to hook it up tonight and run it dry for a day or two then run it with water and an ultrasonic on part time. It didn't look more than 10% after week thats why I let it go so long, I figured with such a high spawn ratio it would take 3 weeks. I think I may have been done a few days ago though. Both tubs look okay to me and smell great so hopefully I will get some good fruits, even if it's only after these mutants have matured and been harvested.

well the coolmist is running (dry for now), it pumps out a lot more air than I thought it would. It should definitely get some of the excess moisture out, I'll post an update when I see a reaction to fae and light.
