the biggest difference between a mushroom church and a catholic church is our sacrament would actualy work. i think this is why the catholics stomped out the mushroom cults and peyote tribes is because who needs a priest or a bible when you got a direct channel to higher conciosness

Shrooms do not make your brain bleed, they work by haveing the active chemicles lock into a specific receptor site 5-htp and then inhibit the 5-htp neurotransmitter from entering its receptor. This causes the neuron to start fireing randomly which then causes you to trip.

Ok as far as it goes but prozac does exactly the same thing and doesn't make you trip. How psilocybin does what it does really isn't understood at all. It's something to do with serotonin is about all we know - and that doesn't explain anything.
