Same, I've been doing magic for the past ~10 years.
Stooges and camera edits, total fucking noob. Magic revolves around trickery, but the audience has an expectation that the magician won't pass over the line of flat out lying and decieving, which Angel does.
He's a shit performer and he's got shit sleight skills.
Watch a real magician, like Tommy Wonder.
