I mean if you buy drugs over the internet NEWBIE you take a risk. they should have paid 30 dollars for insured ups and then it would havee been covered, other than that there is nothing anyone can do about uninsured mail. I would have refunded it if they would of handled there selfs better in the email the only person who deserves a refund is chtulu but i los contact with him or i would give him one. the rest of the tweakars can fuck off.
