Good evening, LNC. I'm pretty low right now and am in rare form. As such, I'll post this pic that makes me happy-- it's myself and my gf enjoying ourselves at club in Chicago.

Got some Kratom today, plain powdered leaf, wondering how much i should start with. Any suggestions?
wuts the strain?
You should prolly start out with a teaspoon and see how that affects you. Then go up from there. My first time i did 1 teaspoon and then another teaspoon after i felt a mild effect. I am now taking 2 1/2 teaspoons per dose and it is perfect for me. At lesser doses it acts as a stimulant but at higher doses it acts as a sedative. Definitly start small and work your way up to find the desired effect. Because if you take to much you WILL get sick.
But it all depends on what strain and yourself. Everyone is different.
btw 1 level teaspoon = 2 - 3 grams

I've never had kratom work at any dose, with varying varieties. I just use real opes.

people who use opes ussually dont feel the kratom if you have a high opiate tollerance... so i hear.
I also know someone who used it to get off pod tea.

Just about to ride to the shops to get some sausages & delicious bacon, for sausage, egg and bacon sammichs.
Hopefully in an hour or so the postman should hook me up with some mdpv, then I'm gonna rail a tiny line and hopefully have a productive day, apparently, in small doses, the stuff has "neuroenhancing" properties, like modafinil or other smart drugs .
MDPV can be good for study, just be very very careful on how often you redose.
The urge to have more after the initial dose is always really high, and i can guarantee you it can be really shitty if you have too much. I'd start with 5mg and see how it goes.
If you redose after the initial one, don't expect to sleep that night.

Yah I've done 100mg+ in a night before. Was one of the worst come downs of my life, in fact I ain't really been the same since (it was a couple of weeks ago).

No shit, i know a guy who was doing 800mg+ a day, i've never seen someone look so frail/fucked up.
If i ever have lasting effects from stimulants several days later (never been weeks), i load up on a large dose of Benzo's, namely Clonazepam, and sleep for a good 16 hours.
Always seems to work, almost like pressing the reset button. But i seem to suffer from even the slightest sleep deprivation so hopefully your problem is something easy to fix like mine.
