sugar source for kombucha fermentation

Can agave nectar, unrefined cane sugar, mollases or honey be used to brew kombucha. I trying to figure out my sugar for this and would just rather not use plain sugar and was wondering what my options were from your gueses personal expiriences. I would really appreciate some help on this one and am looking for as much input as I can get. Thanks.
