outdoor...compost pile

So. i have a compost pile(filled mostly this year)
of mainly vegetation, potting soil, and semi-composted bird(pidgeon) manure.

had 3 old dried cakes sitting around... crumbled em up and tossed em in with some perlite that had lots of spore deposit on it.

been keeping it wet, watering with cold water in the hot parts of the day...

really not sure if i should expect anything.
